If you already have a site you would like maintained, it would take no more than 3 business days to have everything set up. If we are building your site, then there's no waiting time.

Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

We don’t believe in long-term contracts and having our partners feeling trapped. We want you to stay with us because you see the value and choose to.

Are there extra fees?

We don't like surprises, especially when it comes to money. And we know you don't too. There is nothing extra to worry about. Site migrations when you start and end your plans are at no cost.

What to expect when signing up and starting on a plan?

We make onboarding easy and fast. You'll have a dedicated project manager to meet in a Zoom call and guide you through our process. You'll have you're own Slack workspace and project management dashboard as well.

What if I decide to cancel my plan?

We understand journeys change and only want to help as best we can while you're with us. When you choose to cancel your plan, we'll help you migrate your site to your new host and set everything up for you with no extra charge and within 3 business days.

Do we have to use your hosting?

We suggest using ours as it's fast, reliable, and cost-effective and can better manage your server. Oh, and you do get your own server:) But if you choose to keep your hosting, that's totally fine unless we feel it could be damaging to your website, in which case we'll let you know.
